STRUCTURING ANTIDUST ADDITIVE FOR CONCRETE TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

Structuring antidust additive “Vi.P Co” is sodium silicate solution containing active additivies, which provides hard insoluble surface. “Vi.P Co” is recommended for concrete surface, not for mortars.

USES

Specially recommended for stocks, garages and manufactures floors. “Vi.P Co” fits both new and already used cement screeds.

MAIN PROPERTIES

• ◼  additive reacts chemically with concrete forming unsoluble calcium silicate salts, which structure concrete surface making it hard and insoluble.
• ◼  prolongs surfaces services duration,
• ◼  decreases greases, oils and moisture entraining to the concrete
• ◼  protects against wearing out

  APPLICA TION

  Surface should be clean and free from oil and grease etc, maximally free from the dust.
  Brush out the product, carefully covering the whole surface.
  Repeat procedure after 24 hours for the second application

  After 18 hours wash the surface with clean water, taking away all dust and chemicals parts
  New concrete should be at least 14 days old.
